Accessibility statement

Alpha Gold Ltd. regards accessibility for people with disabilities as important and works to make the Site conform to the Israeli standard SI 5568 at level AA (which adopts W3C WCAG), in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the service accessibility regulations.

Adjustments made

• Full keyboard navigation and a prominent focus indicator on every interactive element.
• A “Skip to main content” link at the start of every page.
• Every form field has a visible label (not only placeholder text) and clear error messages.
• Colour contrast per the 4.5:1 requirement for regular text (checked with automated tools).
• Full support for Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right, with a language declaration on each page.
• Text alternatives for product images.
• Respect for the “reduce motion” preference; ambience videos can be paused and play no sound.
• A hierarchical heading structure and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).

Known limitations

This statement covers the shop at alpha-gold.co.il only. The business and personal areas in the app (app.alpha-gold.co.il) and the gold calculator are separate services that have not yet been audited against the standard. Some content (for example PDF documents attached in future, or third-party services such as the payment page) may not be fully accessible. We are working on continuous improvement. Automated accessibility checks (axe) were run on the main pages in October 2026; a manual screen-reader audit will follow, and its results and date will be published here.
