Privacy policy

This document explains how Alpha Gold Ltd. (Company No. 515257020, 3 HaDashanim St., Haifa, Israel) collects, uses and discloses personal information on the Site, and gives the notice required by Section 11 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

What information we collect

• Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address, order details and our correspondence. Providing this is required to place and deliver the order.
• Enquiries / leaving details: name, phone, email and message. Providing them is voluntary.
• Phone calls: when you call us, answers are provided with the help of an AI-based virtual assistant; the call may be recorded and transcribed, and you can ask for a human representative at any time.
• Personal area: a phone number, to identify you with a one-time SMS code.
• Usage data (with consent only): browsing data, the source of the visit (UTM, referring site, including detection of visits from AI assistants) and device identifiers — only after you accept analytics/marketing cookies.

Why, and on what basis

• To process the order, delivery, invoice and service — to perform the contract.
• To answer enquiries — with your consent.
• Marketing (email, SMS, WhatsApp, calls) — only with a separate, explicit consent that is not pre-ticked, is not a condition of purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time.
• To measure and improve the Site and for targeted advertising — only with cookie consent.

Who we disclose information to

• The payment processor (Pelecard) to take payment; card details go directly to the secure page and do not pass through us.
• The courier and postal services.
• Infrastructure and service providers: hosting and cloud (Google / Firebase), SMS sending, invoicing (Rivhit).
• Measurement and advertising tools (Google, Meta, TikTok) — only if you accepted marketing/analytics cookies, and only once activated.
• AI and transcription providers: none are currently used in the service channels shown on the Site. If any are introduced, they will be listed here (provider, processing region, retention and training use) before they go live.
• Authorities — as required by law.

Transfers outside Israel

Some service providers operate outside Israel (including in the United States). Transfers are made subject to legal requirements, data-processing agreements and appropriate safeguards. Transfers are made under the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.

How long we keep it

Retention: order, payment and accounting records — as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years); service enquiries — up to 24 months after they are closed; marketing data — until you ask to be removed, and no longer than 24 months after your last activity. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

• To inspect the information we hold about you, and to ask to correct or delete it.
• To withdraw marketing consent at any time — by replying “Remove” to a message, using its link, or contacting us.
• To ask to be removed from a mailing list.
• To complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect information. No system is completely secure.

Minors

The Site is not intended for minors under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
