Terms of use and sale

1. General

The website alpha-gold.co.il (the “Site”) is operated by Alpha Gold Ltd., Company No. 515257020 (the “Company”, “we”). Business address and showroom: 3 HaDashanim St., Haifa, Israel. Registered address with the Registrar of Companies: 2 HaRav Herzog St., Haifa. Placing an order or using the Site constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. The products

• Products are 14K (585) gold jewellery in yellow or white, with a lab-grown diamond or moissanite.
• A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, chemically and physically, grown in a laboratory. Moissanite is a gemstone different from diamond and is not a diamond. The stone type is stated on every product page.
• White gold is rhodium-plated over white gold; the plating may wear over the years.
• Products are made to order in the customer’s choice of gold colour, stone type and size. Estimated production time is about 14 days.
• Product images are visualisations for illustration. Reasonable differences between the visualisation and the actual product may occur, including in tone, sparkle and appearance.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in new Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law.
• The binding price is the final amount shown for your confirmation at checkout before payment (including VAT and delivery). Prices on the Site may be updated from time to time; a price that has been confirmed and paid does not change.
• You can pay by credit card in up to 12 payments with no surcharge over the cash price. Payment is made on a secure page of the card processor; we do not store card details.
• In the event of a clear and extreme pricing error (a typographical error) the Company may cancel the order and refund the payment in full.

4. Ordering, delivery and shipping

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed on payment approval and the order confirmation sent by email.
• Estimated production time is about 14 days, followed by home delivery. An estimated arrival date is shown at checkout before payment and is not an absolute commitment.
• At this stage we ship within Israel only.
• Delivery fee: Standard delivery ₪80 (free on orders over ₪3,000), express delivery ₪120.

5. Cancellation and returns

The consumer’s right to cancel a distance sale under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, is set out on the Cancel an order page and the Delivery and returns page, and forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty and service

7. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (text, images, video, design and logo) belongs to the Company or to third parties who have agreed to its use, and may not be copied or published without permission.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, without derogating from a consumer’s right to sue in the court of the area where they live.
