Warranty and service

Consumers have the rights under the Consumer Protection Law and the Sale Law regarding a defect or non-conformity, in addition to the warranty below.

Manufacturer / Company warranty

• Warranty period: One year.
• Manufacturer: Alpha Gold Ltd. (Israeli distributor).
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects (for example stone setting and soldering) in normal use.
• It does not cover natural wear, breakage or deliberate/negligent damage, use of chemicals, or repairs carried out by anyone other than us. The rhodium plating of white gold may wear over the years and is not considered a defect.
• A warranty certificate in Hebrew will accompany the product: the piece and delivery date, the warranty period (one year from delivery), what is and is not covered (as set out here), and how to contact us. Under the warranty we repair the defect, and if repair is not possible we replace the piece. The warranty does not derogate from your rights under any law.

Caring for your jewellery

• Clean gently in lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft brush, and dry softly.
• Avoid contact with chlorine, cement and strong cleaning agents.
• Remove the piece during exercise and housework.
• Store each piece separately to prevent scratches.
