What the law provides
- Right to cancel: a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods or of receiving the document setting out the transaction terms, whichever is later.
- Cancellation fee: if the order is cancelled other than because of a defect or non-conformity, the seller may charge a fee of the lower of ₪100 or 5% of the price.
- Refund: made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- At this stage the right to cancel applies to every order on the Site. If an exception for goods made specially to the consumer’s choice is applied in future, it will be set out in the terms of sale before you order.
- Seniors (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants: for a transaction made after a conversation with a representative, the right to cancel is longer (4 months) as provided by law.
