Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery

• At this stage we ship within Israel only.
• Estimated production time is about 14 days, followed by home delivery in the shipping method selected at checkout. An estimated arrival date is shown at checkout before payment.
• Delivery fee: Standard delivery ₪80 (free on orders over ₪3,000), express delivery ₪120.
• Hand-over is arranged in advance, to the recipient or someone on their behalf, against a signed delivery confirmation.

Order cancellation (Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981)

• When: a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods or of receiving the document setting out the transaction terms, whichever is later.
• How: using the form on the Cancel an order page, by email, by phone or by registered mail.
• Cancellation fee: if the order is cancelled other than because of a defect, non-conformity or late delivery, the Company may charge a fee of the lower of ₪100 or 5% of the price.
• Refund: within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. A credit voucher is not a substitute for a refund.
• Returning the item: the item is returned in the condition delivered. We arrange collection by courier, and the return shipping is on us.
• Seniors (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants: for a transaction made after a conversation with a representative — four months, as provided by law.

Specially made goods

The law sets an exception to the right of cancellation for goods made specially for the consumer after the order. Products on the Site are made to order. Even so, on this Site the right to cancel applies to every order — including a piece made to order in the size, gold colour and stone you chose.

Late delivery and defects

In case of late delivery, a defect or non-conformity you may cancel without a cancellation fee. See also Warranty and service.
